Phil has been working in the manufacturing sector for over 10 years. Within this time, he has helped many businesses excel by helping them understand/implement the process improvement tools and principles needed to deliver sustainable growth. He thrives on helping companies develop the skills and competencies needed for them to reach their specific targets, both at a company and individual employee level.

During the two years that Phil has been with SWMAS, he has worked with over 35 different companies from a diverse range of sectors including aerospace, automotive, defense,  medical, nuclear, and food & drink. He takes the time to understand how each business works, enabling him to identify business priorities and recommend the changes that could help streamline processes and boost productivity.

"I enjoy the challenge of helping manufacturers achieve their goals and ambitions, helping them through some difficult decisions as well as the easy ones," Phil explains.
