Day one - Thursday 16th June 2022

Day two - Thursday 30th June 2022
The second day will begin with feedback from Day 1/sharing of business experiences from this learning. As well as continuing the interactive simulation from Day 1, we will explore the root cause of problems and help you develop lasting solutions by understanding:
- Problem and root cause analysis
- How to implement effective solutions
- Controls and monitoring
