Who delivers the Targeting Improvement programme?

Nik Brown, Business Improvement Consultant @ SWMAS Ltd

Nik has worked in several business support roles in the manufacturing sector for Grant Thornton LLP and EEF Ltd. He was the Head of GROW:OffshoreWind - a supply chain development programme and prior to that, was Operations Manager for the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) in the South East & London. In industry, Nik was Operations Director in the Ryvita Co Ltd (a part of Associated British Foods), so, he is familiar with the pressures of running a successful company. Nik graduated from Manchester University and has a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Manufacture & Distribution, as well as a post graduate management diploma.
