Funded by Dorset’s local authorities and sponsored by Investec, this programme is affordablele to all (including early-stage entrepreneurs), and relevant to any business with growth potential, and at any stage. 

The core proposition is 1:1 mentoring for business owners, and role mentoring for senior management. A mentor offers objective and fresh insight, their experience, and a sounding board through decision making. They help frame thinking and support the planning and review of actions to maximise success.
