When registering to attend, please advise if you have any access or dietary requirements.

Once registered and your booking has been confirmed, use your email address and log-in password to download joining instructions / map. One week prior to the workshop, joining instructions and map will also be emailed to the person who registered when booking.
Cancellation policy

Terms and conditions are part of the online booking process. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and if cancelled places are subsequently filled.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PLACE:
1 If you have not used the MAS-SW on-line service before, you will need to register your contact details and enter a password of your choice. This only takes a minute or two. Please remember your password, as you will need it later to download joining instructions /map, etc.

2 Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on "BOOK NOW " button and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking information and payment section, MAS-South West will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

Once payment has been received by MAS-South West, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

IMPORTANT: Paying by Debit / Credit card using Worldpay reduces MAS-South West'administration charges and enables us to run workshops, events and programmes at minimum cost to YOU.

3 If you are unable to pay on-line using Debit/Credit card, you can select to ‘PAY BY INVOICE'. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and MAS – South West will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance / Accounts department, please ensure you state this on the form.

4 Once registered, map/directions will be downloadable from the website and sent via email a week prior to the event, to the person who made the booking.

Payment for this programme must be made prior to the start date.
