In just half a day, you will learn practical and proven tools and techniques that really work on the shop floor.

Management by Fact

We will show you, using team based activity, how to identify
process / production variability and what changes will give you
the biggest improvements for least time, cost and effort.
You will learn tools and techniques to demonstrate to your
team and senior management the real bottom line benefits of
implementing change and improve cashflow within your organisation.

This workshop will offer valuable support to South West manufacturing companies who know that they must sharpen their existing manufacturing / production processes, deliver good products consistently on time.

South West manufacturers are welcome to attend the workshops – those who can influence change and improvements: MDs, ops managers, team leaders, supervisors

Important Information

Due to demand, only two attendees per company permitted

Pre-registration is essential

When registering to attend, please advise of any access or dietary requirements

Once registered and your booking has been confirmed, use your email address and log-in password to download joining instructions / map. One week prior to the workshop, joining instructions and map will also be emailed to the person who registered when booking.

Cancellation policy
Terms and conditions are part of the online booking process. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and if cancelled places are subsequently filled.

How to book your place:
1 Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on "BOOK NOW" button and follow the instructions. If using the service for the first time, you will be asked to register your details and then you will be able to register the delegates who wish to attend. Once you have completed the booking information and payment section, South West MAS will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

Once payment has been received by South West MAS, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

IMPORTANT: Paying by Debit / Credit card using Worldpay reduces South West MAS' administration charges and enables us to run workshops, events and programmes at minimum cost to YOU.

If you are unable to pay on-line using Debit/Credit card, you can select to ‘PAY BY INVOICE'. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and South West MAS will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance / Accounts department, please ensure you state this on the form.

Payment for this event/workshop/training session must be made prior to the start date.
