How many new clients have you acquired in the last six months? How many big contracts have you won? How many have you lost and do you know why?

We invite you and business developers in your organisation to come and participate in this 6 session programme (4 workshop sessions and 2 individual one-to-one sessions) where South West manufacturers can benefit from this programme in Lean Sales.

You will learn more about this approach to selling. How it is being applied alongside the well established concept of lean manufacturing, and how it is being deployed in the drive for the highly effective Lean Enterprise of today.

We will introduce you to:

- Waste spotting and value appreciation within the sales process
- Applying lean techniques within the office and ‘in the field’
- Lean business development: finding and winning orders
- Lean in the sales order process: why this is vital for today’s SME

The four workshops cover:

- “Suspecting” - Market development skills
- “Prospecting” - Qualifying & developing prospects
- “Negotiating” - Enticing prospects to buy
- “Value adding” - Retaining clients

The cost per delegate is:
£1,500 + VAT

How to book your place:

1. Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on "book now" button and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking information and payment section, South West MAS will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

Once payment has been received by South West MAS, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

2. If you wish to book on-line but are unable to pay by debit/credit card, you can select to pay by invoice. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and South West MAS will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance / Accounts department, please ensure you state this on the form.

Payment for this programme must be made prior to the start date.
