Developed with you in mind, this is much more than the normal training course .... it is an action based development programme with measurable outcomes, culminating in the delivery of a work based progect.

It is a fast paced, fun, down to earth programme for first line managers who are eager to get more from their people and shop floor processes.

This 6 stage development programme, run over approximately 10 weeks, helps first line managers to improve management and manufacturing skills to add value to their business. Participants will boost their confidence and ability to lead people, whilst finding out how to put new process improvement techniques into action.

The cost per delegate is:
£1,500 + VAT for SME (0-250 employees)
£2,000 + VAT for Larger Enterprise - Please note that LE's will only be able to pay by invoice. Their invoice will be adjusted to reflect the higher charge.

Sessions will be held at the Shrubbery Hotel, Ilminster on the following dates:

Session 1 - 04 November 2008
Session 2 - 19 November 2008
Session 3 - 03 December 2008
Session 4 - 17 December 2008

Half day (morning) Celebration Event 14 January 2009

How to book:

PLEASE NOTE THAT LE'S WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO PAY BY INVOICE.

Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on the "BOOK NOW" button below and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking information and credit payment section, South West MAS will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

Once payment has been received by South West MAS, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

If you wish to book on-line but are unable to pay by debit/credit card, you can select to pay by invoice. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and South West MAS will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance/Accounts Department, please ensure you state this on the form.

Payment for this Programme must be made prior to the start date.
