Six Sigma Greenbelt Programme 2010

Cost:
£1,000 + VAT per delegate for SME's (eligibility applies) + cost of software.

Delegates are required to bring to the training sessions, a laptop computer pre-loaded with statistical software - SPC XL and DOE KISS.
Please note: The cost of the software (which costs in the region of £250 available through the internet) is not included in the programme fee.

It is acceptable for delegates to share a laptop

Times: 09:00 - 16:30 each day (including lunch)
Module 1: Tuesday 12, Wednesday 13, Thursday 14 October
Module 2: Tuesday 9, Wednesday 10, Thursday 11 November
Module 3: Tuesday 7, Wednesday 8, Thursday 9 December

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PLACE:

1 If you have not used the MAS-SW on-line service before, you will need to register your contact details and enter a password of your choice. This only takes a minute or two. Please remember your password, as you will need it later to download joining instructions/map etc.

2 Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on "book now" button and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking information and payment section, MAS-SW will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

Once payment has been received by MAS-SW, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

3 If you wish to book on-line but are unable to pay by debit/credit card, you can select to pay by invoice. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and MAS-SW will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance / Accounts department, please ensure you state this on the form.

Payment for this programme must be made prior to the start date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, only two attendees per company permitted.

Pre-registration is essential.

When registering to attend, please advise of any access or dietary requirements.

Once registered and your booking has been confirmed, use your email address and log-in password to download joining instructions/map. One week prior to the workshop, joining instructions and map will also be emailed to the person who registered when booking.
