One to one clinics available throughout the lunch period, to answer
individual questions.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PLACE:

1 If you have not used the MAS-SW on-line event booking service before, you will need to register your contact details and enter a password of your choice. This only takes a minute or two. Please remember your password, as you will need it later to download joining instructions/map etc.

2 Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on "Book Now" button and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking information and payment section, MAS-SW will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

3 Once payment has been received by MAS-SW, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

4 If you wish to book on-line but are unable to pay by debit/credit card, you can select to pay by invoice. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and MAS-SW will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance / Accounts department, please ensure you state this on the form.

Payment for this workshop must be made prior to the start date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In order to gain access to the GKN site at Filton in Bristol, you are required to provide your car registration details. If you plan to car share, please ensure the correct car registration details are provided. ADD the details at time of booking online in the NOTES section and / or email admin@swmas.co.uk.

It is possible that for on-site security reasons, GKN may require details of place of birth / nationality. You will be contacted directly if this information is required. Failure to provide such information could mean that you will not be permitted to enter the site. This information will be kept in compliance with the Data Protection Act Regulations and used for no other purpose.

Facilities for disabled: Let us know at time of booking if a car parking space is required for a registered disabled person and a space will be reserved closed to the workshop venue. Toilets for the disabled are available not too far away with ramp access. Please let us know if you require any additional facilities.

Only two attendees per company permitted.

Pre-registration is essential.

When registering to attend, please advise of any dietary requirements.

MAS, UKTI, EEN, GKN reserve the right to refuse registration / admission, where it is considered that a visiting company would gain commercial advantage.

Once registered and your booking has been confirmed, use your email address and log-in password to download joining instructions/map. One week prior to the workshop, joining instructions and map will also be emailed to the person who registered when booking.
