Manufacturing Leaders and Managers are invited to attend this celebratory event which is the culmination of a fast paced, fun, down to earth programme for line managers eager to get more from their people and shop floor processes.

This development programme, run over approximately 6 months, helps line managers to improve management and manufacturing skills to add value to their business. Participants will increase their capacity, confidence and capability in leading people and improving their manufacturing processes.

How to book your place on the morning Celebratory Event:

1 If you have not used the MAS-SW on-line service before with, you will need to register your contact details and enter a password of your choice. This only takes a minute or two. Please remember your password, as you will need it later to download joining instructions / map, etc.

2 Book and pay on-line using Worldpay. Click on "book now" button and follow the instructions. Once you have completed the booking information and payment section, MAS-SW will acknowledge your booking, and payment will be taken from your account within 4-5 working days.

Once payment has been received by MAS-SW, you can obtain a copy of the invoice for your company records. Simply, log into your account on this website using your email address and password and download a copy of the invoice.

3 If you are about to book on-line but are unable to pay by debit/credit card, you can select to 'pay by invoice'. Simply select this option, complete the information requested on screen and MAS-SW will raise an invoice and post it to you for payment. If you would like the invoice to be sent directly to your Finance / Accounts department, please ensure you state this on the form.

Once registered, map/directions will be downloadable from the website and sent via email a week prior to the event, to the person who made the booking.

Payment for this event must be made prior to the start date.

Venue: A lift and facilities for disabled are available at the venue but please advise us when booking, if you have any special access requirements, as the hotel is a listed building with some access limitations.
