What are our goals for the South West Region?

Set up to help smaller business improve productivity, reduce waste and compete more effectively, the South West MAS aims to make a significant difference to the manufacturing industry in the South West.

Over the next 12 months, South West MAS aims to achieve the following results for manufacturing businesses who have not used World Class manufacturing techniques:

• Improve staff productivity by 25%
• Increase stock turnover by 30%
• Improve equipment productivity by 25%
• Reduce scrap and deficit by 50%
• On-time delivery improvement by 10%
