Having spent three successful years working with SouthWest MAS introducing lean manufacturing tools like 5S’s and 7 wastes into their company, Taunton Fabrication felt that they had reached a point where they needed to plan for the future. Working closely with our consultants the directors began a strategic review of finances, processes, business aspirations and opportunities as well as internal structures.
