Quality and Environmental Policy
SWMAS Ltd successfully support businesses by providing strategic development assistance, helping develop new products and services and by improving business productivity. This enables our clients to compete more efficiently and encourage sustainable growth.
SWMAS will maintain its Integrated Management System (IMS), and comply with the requirements of ISOs 9001 and 14001. We will also comply with identified applicable environmental legislation and other requirements, as well as our client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
It is our policy to work continually to improve everything we do to ensure that our services meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.
Our goal, therefore, is to create an environment in which every employee is fully committed to the highest standard of personal quality, and that all services supplied by SWMAS will be fully capable of meeting all of our client's needs.
Our measures are contained in our IMS. There are established measurable objectives, which are communicated to all employees through our strategic workshops and monthly meetings.
We are committed to -
- Conducting regular management reviews to ensure we are reviewing objectives and targets and continually improving the effectiveness and performance of our IMS.
- Being open about our environmental activities with stakeholders including employees, clients, suppliers and regulators.
- Providing training and ensuring employees are actively involved in our environmental improvement activities.
- Helping our clients reduce their impact on the environment, through using our services.
- Reducing carbon emissions by using teleconferencing, forward planning, car sharing and public transport.
- Ensuring emergency procedures are in place to prevent potential pollution incidents.
The Management Team will review this policy on an annual basis to ensure that it continues to reflect the objectives of the Company.
This policy is not in any way restricted and is available to anyone requesting a copy, including members of the public.
