An experienced Chartered Engineer, Business Manager and Consultant specialising in Change Management, Business Re-engineering, Supply Chain Management and Process Optimisation.

Phil spent 20 years with Nortel Networks, working throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Achievements at the organisation included Business Process Re-engineering throughout the US, Canada and the UK, several ERP and MRP2 implementations and the development and implementation of an Intranet Portal solution and Automated Process throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The holder of a BSc (Hons) and HND in Production Engineering and a diploma in business performance coaching, Phil has also worked in a manufacturing and engineering capacity within the Ministry of Defence, toy, packaging, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
