Jason Loomes

Lean Specialist

Jason Loomes joins SWMAS as the Lean Manufacturing Specialist for Somerset and brings with him 10 years of Food Industry operational management experience.

Before joining SWMAS Jason managed Technical Operations for the UKs largest juice and juice drinks producer, Gerber Juice Company Ltd where he was responsible for the Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management of the UK site based in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Previously Jason was responsible for World Class Operations Management during which time he achieved a 40% increase in Overall Equipment Effectiveness, implemented Daily Performance Control systems across two manufacturing sites and drove quality performance through fast track problem solving teams.
Jason has a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and is a registered Lead Auditor.
